Sarah had lots of fun at Xavier Morales' birthday party!

Good job Sarah, that's exactly what Daddy wanted! Those napkins come way too big as it is. Afterall, we have to be mindful about the environment. You know, it really shouldn't take any more than 2 square inches of one-ply tissue to wipe one's hands and face during and after a meal anyway. Actually, Sarah, I just finished some pizza so why don't you hand me that shred on the floor to your left. No, I'll take the smaller of the two. Mommy can have the bigger, since she makes a bigger mess than Daddy does.

While playing with her sing-along toy, Sarah overheard mommy talking about make-up and interrupted:

"Now don't listen to those girls down at the salon, Mom. Let me tell you what's in. Spring 2008 trends promise that pinks will be prevalent in an amalgamation of tones ‑- from pale hibiscus to rose to a heartier mulberry ‑- with a dash of pomegranate tossed in to honor spring's burgeoning succulence. Also, you'll want to keep in mind blue eyeshadow is in, lip stains are hot and you can take the beachy look anywhere. Now if you'll just lend me access to your supplies, I can just show you..."

"Joan, come quick! We caught a rugrat in our mouse trap!"

2/17/08

"Look Daddy! I can run my own bath water now. I found the faucet handle and it's shiny!"

2/17/08

"Um, Mommy? Mind if we find me some sunglasses around this Farmer's Market somewhere?" "Hold on Sarah, I'm posing for a picture with this band I don't like. I wish they'd play some Skynyrd."

Sarah's first Valentine's Day

Sarah says, "I don't like St. Valentine's Day. I don't have teeth to eat the candy hearts with. I'm going to like St. Patrick's Day better. I can't wait! Daddy says that's when people go drink in excess. Mommy better make a lot of milk for me!"

2/14/08
"Do-Ra-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-DOOOO!!!!"

2/13/08

Sarah said she could out-crawl me in a race, or she'd eat my hat.

"Sarah, if you're going to insist on eating my hat over that bet you lost, at least go get your false teeth. You're not going to get anywhere with those gums."

2/10/08

"LA la la LA LA LA la la LA la la!"

2/10/08

"Mommy, if this is supposed to be bar-b-que, I don't think I like it. Can I just have some milk instead?"

2/9/08

The Williams' family went over to Taylor & Heidi's for Superbowl Sunday.

"Sarah, who's going to win tonight?"

"The teddy bears are gonna lick those rubber duckies for sure!"

2/3/08

"Alright, everyone smile for the camera!"

I guess 4 out of 5 of them isn't too bad. I think I would have had the fifth if she hadn't seen those shoes on sale for $2.99. Well, if she's going to start her shopping addiction already, at least she's spotting the deals.

2/2/08

"Sarah, meet your uncle George!"

2/2/08

Ah, isn't that sweet, Baby's first cold. See boys and girls, babies aren't always fun & games. Just ask Joan.

"Um... Joan, I think Sarah needs her mommy now."

2/2/08

"Joan, whatever you do, don't let Sarah look to her left!"
