Brian's work sent orchids to the new family at the hospital. They made it all the way through the weekend to Father's Day without dying on us, setting a new longevity record for potted plants at our house. Picture taken on 6/17/07 with the afternoon sun. They are almost as pretty as baby Sarah. Almost.

Daddy & baby at hospital. The lactation nurse advised skin to skin contact for for effective bonding of baby with both parents (whatever keeps her quiet).
